Products from different brands may be purchased within a single Order through a common shopping cart and checkout process.

VIP endeavors to ensure that Product descriptions, specifications, images, dimensions, colours, and pricing are accurate. However:

Actual Product colours may vary based on display settings;
Packaging may vary from images displayed;
Minor variations in appearance, finish, or specifications may occur.

Such variations shall not be considered defects.

All Products are subject to availability.

VIP reserves the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or withdraw any Product at any time without prior notice.

12. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available only for eligible Products, delivery locations, and Order values.

Disable COD for specific Users, locations, Products, or Orders; or
Modify COD eligibility requirements at any time.

COD charges, where applicable, may vary depending on:

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD Orders may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility.

13. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

VIP currently delivers Products across serviceable locations within India.

Delivery timelines displayed on the Website are estimates only and may vary depending on:

Product availability;

Public holidays;
Weather conditions; and
Logistics partner performance.

VIP may engage third-party logistics partners, including but not limited to Shiprocket, ProShip, and other service providers, for Order fulfillment and delivery.

Delivery shall remain subject to serviceability of the destination by logistics partners.

14. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be displayed during checkout before Order confirmation.

Currently:

Orders below INR 750 may attract shipping charges of INR 150; and
Orders meeting applicable thresholds may qualify for free shipping.

VIP reserves the right to revise shipping fees, free shipping thresholds, and related policies at any time.

15. DELIVERY

Delivery shall be deemed completed when the Product is delivered to the address specified in the Order.

Risk of loss, theft, or damage to Products shall pass to the Customer upon successful delivery of the Product to the delivery address specified in the Order.

Nothing in this provision shall affect any rights available to Customers under applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Accurate delivery information;
Availability to receive deliveries; and
Appropriate authorization where deliveries are accepted by third parties.

VIP shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information provided by the Customer.

16. ORDER CANCELLATION

32. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to the arbitration provisions contained herein, courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, Products, or Services.

33. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
