Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 30th June 2026 This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to purchases made through www.vipbags.com ("Website"), owned and operated by VIP Industries Limited ("VIP", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). This Policy explains the eligibility criteria, process, and conditions governing returns and refunds for Products purchased through the Website. This Policy should be read together with the Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Warranty Terms & Conditions, and other applicable policies published on the Website. By placing an Order on the Website, you agree to be bound by this Return & Refund Policy. ________________________________________ 1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY Customers may request a return of eligible Products within three (3) days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the Product must: • Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged; • Be in its original condition; • Contain all original tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and packaging; • Be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase, where requested; and • Pass the quality inspection conducted by VIP or its authorized representatives. VIP reserves the right to reject any return request that does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in this Policy. ________________________________________ 2. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS The following items are not eligible for return: • Free gifts, promotional items, or complimentary products provided with an Order; • Products that have been used, altered, damaged, or modified after delivery; • Products returned without original tags or packaging; • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery; and • Any other Products specifically designated as non-returnable on the Website at the time of purchase. Where a free gift or promotional item is provided as part of a qualifying purchase, such item must also be returned if the associated Product is returned and the return results in the Order no longer meeting the applicable promotional conditions. ________________________________________ 3. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS Customers may initiate a return request through the Website, where available, or by contacting Customer Care. Upon receipt of a return request, VIP may: • Verify Order details; • Assess return eligibility; • Arrange reverse pickup where serviceable; or • Provide further instructions for return processing. Approval of a return request does not guarantee approval of a refund. Refund eligibility remains subject to successful completion of inspection and quality checks. ________________________________________ 4. REVERSE PICKUP AND SELF-SHIPMENT Where reverse pickup service is available, VIP or its logistics partners may arrange collection of the Product from the delivery address. Reverse pickup availability depends on: • Serviceability of the pickup location; • Logistics partner coverage; • Product category; and • Operational feasibility. If reverse pickup is unavailable or cannot be completed, Customers may be required to self-ship the Product to a location designated by VIP. Customers are advised to retain: • Courier receipts; • Tracking details; and • Shipment proof until the return process is completed. Where self-shipment is approved, refund processing shall commence only after the returned Product is received at the designated warehouse and successfully passes quality inspection. ________________________________________ 5. QUALITY CHECK AND INSPECTION All returned Products are subject to inspection and verification by VIP or its authorized representatives. The inspection process may include verification of: • Product condition; • Product authenticity; • Tags and labels; • Packaging condition; • Accessories and components; • Signs of use; • Product damage; and • Compliance with return eligibility requirements. VIP reserves the right to reject returns that fail inspection. The determination made by VIP following inspection shall be final and binding. ________________________________________ 6. RETURN REJECTION SCENARIOS Returns may be rejected in circumstances including, but not limited to: • Product is used, worn, washed, or damaged; • Product is returned without original tags, labels, or packaging; • Product differs from the item originally delivered; • Product is incomplete or missing components; • Product has been altered or tampered with; • Wrong product has been returned; • Fraudulent return activity is suspected; or • Return request does not comply with this Policy. Where a return is rejected, VIP reserves the right to: • Refuse refund processing; or • Return the Product to the Customer at the Customer's cost, where applicable. ________________________________________ 7. WRONG PRODUCT, EMPTY BOX, OR FRAUD-RELATED CLAIMS If VIP reasonably suspects: • Wrong product returns; • Empty box claims; • Missing item claims; • Product substitution; or • Abuse of the return process, VIP reserves the right to: • Place the refund on hold; • Conduct further investigation; • Request additional information or evidence; or • Reject the return request. Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, shipment details, or other supporting information to facilitate verification. ________________________________________ 8. REFUND PROCESS Once a returned Product: • Is received by VIP or its authorized representatives; • Successfully passes quality inspection; and • Is approved for refund, the refund shall be initiated in accordance with this Policy. Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee approval of a refund. Refunds shall be processed only after successful completion of all verification and inspection requirements. ________________________________________ 9. REFUND METHOD Approved refunds shall be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds shall not ordinarily be provided through: • Store credits; • Loyalty points; • Gift cards; or • Alternative payment methods, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by VIP. For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders, Customers may be required to provide valid bank account details or such other information as may be necessary to facilitate refund processing. ________________________________________ 10. REFUND TIMELINES Approved refunds are generally processed within seven (7) to ten (10) working days from the date of refund approval. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on: • Banks; • Payment gateways; • Card issuers; • UPI service providers; or • Other financial institutions. VIP shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions. ________________________________________ 11. EXCHANGES Products purchased through the Website are currently not eligible for exchange. Customers seeking a different Product, colour, style, or variant may place a new Order, subject to availability. ________________________________________ 12. BULK AND COMMERCIAL PURCHASES Consumer-focused return and refund rights described in this Policy may not apply to: • Bulk purchases; • Corporate purchases; • Institutional purchases; • Commercial transactions; or • B2B Orders. Additional or separate terms may apply to such transactions.
