This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to purchases made through www.vipbags.com ("Website"), owned and operated by VIP Industries Limited ("VIP", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

This Policy explains the circumstances under which Customers may cancel Orders and the circumstances under which VIP may cancel Orders placed through the Website.

This Policy should be read together with the Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Terms & Conditions, and other applicable policies published on the Website.

By placing an Order on the Website, you agree to be bound by this Cancellation Policy.


1. CUSTOMER ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation of an Order before the Order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Cancellation requests may be submitted through available self-service options on the Website, where applicable, or by contacting Customer Care.

Cancellation requests are subject to operational feasibility and successful processing before shipment.

Once an Order has been shipped, dispatched, or handed over to a logistics partner for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible and the Order shall be governed by the applicable Return & Refund Policy.


2. PARTIAL CANCELLATION

Where operationally feasible, Customers may be permitted to cancel one or more Products within an Order without cancelling the entire Order.

Partial cancellation availability may depend on:

  • Order status;
  • Shipment processing stage;
  • Product category;
  • Warehouse processing requirements; and
  • Technical limitations.

VIP reserves the right to refuse partial cancellation requests where such cancellation is not operationally feasible.


3. CANCELLATION BY VIP INDUSTRIES LIMITED

Order acknowledgment, confirmation emails, SMS messages, WhatsApp communications, payment receipts, or Order status updates do not constitute final acceptance of an Order.

VIP reserves the right to review, reject, limit, or cancel any Order before shipment at its sole discretion.

Orders may be cancelled for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Inventory discrepancies;
  • Pricing errors;
  • Technical errors affecting product information or promotions;
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions;
  • Unauthorized payment activity;
  • Identity verification concerns;
  • Coupon abuse;
  • Promotional misuse;
  • Bulk purchasing patterns;
  • Commercial misuse;
  • Regulatory restrictions; or
  • Any other legitimate business reason.

Where an Order is cancelled by VIP after payment has been successfully received, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with this Policy.


4. CANCELLATION OF CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

VIP reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or withdraw Cash on Delivery ("COD") facilities for Customers who repeatedly:

  • Refuse delivery of COD Orders;
  • Fail to accept COD shipments;
  • Engage in fraudulent activity; or
  • Misuse COD services.

Repeated cancellation or rejection of COD Orders may result in future COD restrictions on the Customer's account.

COD availability may vary based on:

  • Product category;
  • Order value;
  • Delivery location;
  • Customer order history; and
  • Operational considerations.

Any applicable COD charges shall be displayed at checkout.


5. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

Where an Order is successfully cancelled after payment has been received by VIP, the applicable refund shall be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on:

  • Payment method used;
  • Banking institutions;
  • Payment gateways;
  • Card issuers; and
  • Financial service providers.

Approved refunds are generally processed within seven (7) to ten (10) working days from the date of successful cancellation.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending upon the Customer's financial institution.


6. NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation in circumstances including:

  • Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched;
  • Orders already handed over to a logistics partner;
  • Orders that are in advanced stages of fulfilment processing;
  • Orders that are subject to special purchase conditions; or
  • Any other circumstances where cancellation is not operationally feasible.

In such cases, Customers may refer to the applicable Return & Refund Policy for available remedies.


7. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE CANCELLATION REQUESTS

VIP reserves the right to reject cancellation requests arising from fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative conduct, including repeated misuse of ordering and cancellation processes.

Where misuse is suspected, VIP may take action in accordance with the Website Terms & Conditions.


8. FORCE MAJEURE

Processing of cancellation requests and related services shall remain subject to the Force Majeure provisions contained in the Website Terms & Conditions.


9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

VIP reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace this Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the Website unless otherwise specified.
